For this project, I worked remotely with a creative director and two 2D traditional animators.  I created a graph paper 2.5D world in After Effects and placed the stick figure, car, and helicopter animations from the animators into the scene. I animated the camera to enhance the action of the scene. Then, I did extensive compositing and additional animation work to bring the elements of the scene together including adding tire marks, action lines, particles, and other elements. Finally, I created a blueprint-inspired version of 87 North’s logo and animated a transition to reveal the original logo.
